I started on the technical side — building and shipping games as a Unity developer, with published titles on iOS and Android. That hands-on production and QA background is what pulled me toward project management: someone had to translate between engineering, design, and the client, and I was already fluent in both worlds.
Today I run PM operations for a food-industry consultancy in Mexico City, applying Agile process to cross-functional teams and client delivery. I'm now looking to bring that same production discipline back to games — this time from the studio side.
I'm fluent in Spanish and English, and rebuilding my German — A1–A2 and improving fast, after a stretch of prior fluency living in the country.
